day44_laceyOur housebus is parked on the edge of a wonderful marine reserve at the moment, on Wellington’s south coast. I have no idea what they are, but the dusky purples, pale pinks, rusty creams and bright whites together remind me of a box of my Granny’s hand-knotted vintage lace.
